George Hennenfent was born in Galesburg, Illinois. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Sciences from Western Illinois University in 1976 and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois in 1979. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, wills, trust, banking law, real estate, and income taxes.
George is a member of the Warren Bar Associations, the Illinois Bar Association, and the American Agricultural Law Association. He has authored several articles on estate planning and other legal issues relating to farming.
George is a past chairman and current member of the Board of Directors of the Achievement Center Endowment Fund, Monmouth, Illinois.
